The extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives harvested by hand at the right point of ripeness, this method ensures the integrity of the olives and is the best collection method because it does not damage the fruit, further ensures the quality.

Our oil is produced from selected olives of the variety "Leccino" and "Frantoio".

The productione is based on extraction processes exclusively mechanical obtained by pressing at low temperatures making it possible to have an extraction cold.

Is thus obtained an oil green with yellow tending laurel, palatable and fragrant smell.
