"Formenton eight rows" grinding craft
The formenton eight rows is a variety of maize, both yellow and red, a rustic culture which grows in soils irrigated shortly. The harvest is manual and drying of corn is natural without using artificial sources that would reduce the organoleptic qualities of the flour, still grainy hand and grains left to dry further.
To be used for the preparatione of dishes based on polenta, roasted or fried eaten alone and to prepare biscuits or bread.
Pack of 500 gr. version in yellow and red mixed. Made in Italy own production
